About the role

We are currently looking for a Machine Operator for an industrial company in Hallsberg. This is a consulting assignment through Cleverex Bemanning, where you are initially employed by Cleverex. You will work in a modern production environment with high demands on quality, delivery precision, and continuous improvement. The operations involve both series and prototype manufacturing, offering a varied and dynamic workday.

Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for operating machines in various manufacturing processes. The work requires attention to detail, technical interest, and a quality-conscious approach.

• Operation and monitoring of production machines
• Work in various manufacturing processes such as injection molding, extrusion, and dispensing
• Quality control, measurement, and documentation
• Reporting in business systems
• Troubleshooting and reporting of deviations
• Active participation in improvement and Lean work
• Ensuring the right quantity, right quality, and on-time delivery

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a genuine interest in technology and production.

• Upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus
• Experience as a machine operator in the manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Organized and quality-conscious
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Other details

Workplace: Hallsberg
Working hours: Monday–Thursday 06:30–16:00
Friday 06:30–13:00 Since certain materials are used in production, you must not be allergic to nickel.
