Facility Management with Soft and Hard Sides

Barona is currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, an engaged and proactive Facility Technician in Gothenburg.

The client is a multinational company and an established player in the facility management sector.

Job Responsibilities

As a Facility Technician, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for the operation and maintenance of the client's properties.

You will work daily with fault reports, routine maintenance, rounds, and potentially some improvement works and smaller projects. The client is an important collaboration partner to ensure the work is carried out as smoothly and quickly as possible. The work is independent and varied.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have education/competence in property or operational technology, or alternatively relevant professional experience from the property industry or related sectors.

We believe you have worked in a similar role or otherwise gained experience that enables you to handle the role well.

To travel between different on-site work locations, you need a valid B-class driver's license.

In this role, you must have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as the ability to use various digital tools in your work.

As a Facility Technician, you should have the ability to listen to the client's needs and enjoy providing good service.

To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy varied tasks and feel comfortable planning and structuring your days independently.
