This position is for you if you have a few years of sales experience and are ready to take the next step in media sales at a company with high ambitions, where you will have significant ownership of your assigned product areas.
At our client's company, you will work across the entire spectrum of media sales, including digital platforms, display, print/advertising, events, native content, and more. Your ability to be attentive and curious about your client's reality, combined with a creative and consultative approach, is crucial for determining which part of our client's broad offering best suits your specific customer.

- You are already a strong relationship-building salesperson looking to advance to the next level in your sales career.
- Nothing sells itself, but you are looking for a brand whose offering is logical and attractive in a way that rarely requires you to sell that the customer should use your solution. Instead, you can focus on guidance and advice regarding what in your broad solution the customer primarily needs.
- You want a sales role where the focus is on taking the right, high-quality actions every week. Many sales roles have requirements regarding the number of meetings. At our client's company, they know that while meetings are one way to build relationships and create business, a salesperson adds value in many other forums and channels beyond just meetings. Therefore, you are followed up on and coached regarding the activities you perform each week, not just the number of meetings you hold.
- Are a salesperson who loves to focus 100% day in and day out on nurturing and staying top of mind with your customers.
- Have documented experience in B2B sales.
- Are relationship-building, attentive, and consultative.
- Speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
This is a direct hire position. This means that OIO will lead the recruitment process, and you will then be employed directly by our client.
