Dafgårds is in a growth phase and is making investments to ensure continued expansion. The kitchen in Källby never stands still, and with the company's success comes the need for more skilled employees. We are now expanding our sales team with a new District Sales Manager for the Stockholm area.

Initially, you will support a neighboring district during a parental leave, before taking responsibility for parts of the Mälardalen region with a focus on Stockholm. Due to this, longer travel and overnight stays will occur during the first year.

The preferred place of residence is the northern part of Stockholm. The position is home-based, and you will report to the Sales Manager Frozen.

As a salesperson, you will work with strong and well-known brands within Dafgårds, such as Billy’s and Gorby’s, on the Swedish grocery market. You will become part of a great team focused on the customer, channeling energy into what we can actually influence. We are a team passionate about sales, collaboration, and creating value for our customers every day. With several conference meetings per year, we ensure we develop together and have fun along the way – we review upcoming assignments, share experiences, and build team spirit through pleasant social interaction.

Responsibilities

Your task is to be responsible for sales development in your district through sales within frozen food. You are responsible for introducing and presenting new products that you follow up on and expose. Additional tasks include distribution development, ongoing sales analysis, assortment optimization, as well as prioritizing and valuing existing customers. In the role of District Sales Manager, you, together with your colleagues, will be seen as a consultant who guides customers to the right solutions in the freezer aisle.

Qualifications & Attributes

We are looking for you who are driven by sales and customer service and who wish to join a company with an experienced sales team and an attractive product portfolio. You are a cheerful, positive, and solution-oriented person with a sense of responsibility and self-drive, enabling you to work independently. You thrive in a high-performing work environment. Naturally, you have an interest in cooking.

Additional qualifications we seek for the District Sales Manager role:

  • Aside from upper secondary education, we prefer that you have experience in retail sales or have encountered sales in a similar capacity.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing.
  • Category B driver’s license.
