As a vehicle administrator at the Swedish Armed Forces, you will be an important part of a successful team in an agency experiencing strong growth. Main Responsibilities
As a vehicle administrator, you have an important role where you will be part of the unit management and responsible for the Swedish Armed Forces' vehicle fleet in Örebro. This involves managing all administration related to the vehicles and ensuring a good replacement program to keep the fleet updated. The position includes some budget responsibility related to the replacement program and vehicle repairs. You will prepare for the purchase of new vehicles and the decommissioning of worn-out vehicles, as well as handle invoices related to vehicle costs.

Qualifications
- Completed upper secondary education (3-year program)
- Very good administrative skills
- Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Category B driver's license
- Technical understanding of vehicles
Meritorious
- Previous work with large car pools
- Budget responsibility
- Documented good vehicle knowledge
- Previous experience with economics
- Previous experience with invoice processing/accounting

Other Information
The position is a permanent civil employment, which for those not already employed by the Swedish Armed Forces begins with a 6-month probationary period. Start date is as soon as possible or as agreed.
The employment is full-time with regular working hours Monday-Friday with flexible time application. Irregular working hours and duty at inconvenient times may occur, as well as travel in the service. The position is located in Örebro.
