About the position

We are currently seeking a personal assistant for a man living just outside Visby. This is a part-time position of approximately 50%. You should be comfortable with physical labor, as the customer helps out with various tasks on the family's farm, and the assistant is often needed to help with chores our customer cannot manage alone. Your duties may also include assisting our customer with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, transfers, household chores, and accompanying the customer to their workplace.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Primarily daytime hours 08:00–17:00, Monday–Sunday.
• Evening work may also occur, Monday–Sunday.

You are welcome to have an interest in sports, as our customer has a strong passion for sports and participates in various related activities.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our customer. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you who apply for this position are a person who is sensitive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important factor is the personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the customer. This may prove decisive in the final selection.

Requirements:

• You hold a Category B driver's license and have access to your own car.
• You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Experience working in healthcare, elderly care, or personal assistance.
• Share the customer's interest in sports.

Scope: 1 position at approx. 50%. Number of positions: 1. Start date: Immediately, by agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We offer individual salary setting. Other benefits are in accordance with the collective agreement.
