Would you like to help create an unforgettable summer week for children and young people from all over the world between July 27–31? Svenska Distans is now looking for a dedicated leisure educator or teacher assistant for our popular summer school on Gotland!

Your working hours will be from 09:00 to 12:30.

During an intensive and inspiring week, children and young people aged 4–16 will have the opportunity to develop their Swedish language skills, learn more about Swedish culture, and make new friends. Teaching takes place in small groups led by qualified Swedish teachers. We work both individually and in groups, focusing on language enjoyment, safety, and community.

As a leisure educator or teacher assistant, you will be an important part of the team responsible for:

• Supporting classroom activities
• Ensuring safety and providing support for the children during the mornings
• Collaborating with colleagues and communicating with parents

We are looking for someone who:

• Is responsible, flexible, and has a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Has experience working with younger children.
• Has prior experience in multilingual environments (preferred).
