Your Responsibilities
As a Junior Property Manager, you will work broadly with varied tasks within property management. You will support the team in daily operations and gradually take on greater independent responsibility. You will have the opportunity to participate in projects, handle simpler lease agreements and rental issues, and serve as a contact person for both internal and external parties. The role gives you a good insight into the property industry and the opportunity to develop alongside us.

Examples of tasks: • You play a key role in daily management work and provide support in strategic work. • Participate in projects and coordinate property-related initiatives. • Coordinate and align suppliers and internal functions. • Handle rental and contract issues. • Act as a contact person for tenants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. • Ongoing documentation and administrative work.

Your Profile
• You have at least post-secondary education in property management, economics, or equivalent, or alternatively, you have work experience in the property industry. • You are a driven and engaged person with strong administrative skills, eager to develop within property management. • You are structured, responsible, and thrive working both independently and in a team. • You must be able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English. • Experience with property-related systems and administration is a plus.
