Promote helps large international organizations create learning that actually changes behavior. We combine our own platform, a research-based methodology, and close collaboration with our customers. Atlas Copco, Telia, and TRATON are some of the companies we work with.

But what we really do is not sell a platform. We help our customers change how learning works for them in reality.

About the Role

This is a role for you who thrives in complex deals where the answer isn't there from the start. You work with large organizations where many stakeholders are involved, needs are not always clear, and the solution evolves together with the customer.

You are responsible for the deals — from the first conversation to a closed deal and long-term partnership. It’s not about presenting something finished, but about understanding, challenging, and shaping the right solution together. You sell both our platform and associated consulting services, working closely with Customer Success, consultants, and the product team throughout the process.

We don’t believe in pitching our way in. We believe in asking questions that make a difference, listening genuinely, and building relationships that last. In many cases, we start in something unclear — and work together with the customer to arrive at something that actually works.

This requires patience, curiosity, and the ability to keep a deal alive without rushing to a conclusion.

Who We Think You Are

You are an experienced salesperson with at least 5 years of complex B2B sales experience behind you — with your own quota responsibility and a track record of closing deals in large organizations. You know how to navigate long sales cycles and complex decision-making processes, and you have closed deals that required persistence.

At the same time, you are not the type to push a finished pitch. You are genuinely curious about how organizations work, good at listening, and comfortable with not having the answer immediately. You build trust rather than just closing deals — and you know that the best relationships last long after the contract is signed.

You thrive in a close-knit team where collaboration is a prerequisite for success.

Experience

  • 5+ years in a sales role with own quota and responsibility for the entire sales cycle
  • Documented deals with recurring revenue in large, complex organizations
  • Experienced in navigating multiple decision-makers - HR, L&D, IT, procurement, and C-level
  • Understand the requirements and questions that arise in enterprise deals and know when to involve the right person
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

Experience with SaaS, consulting services, or learning/HR is a plus — but we value the right person over the right industry.
