What does the role entail? As an optometrist at Synsam, you are the heart of our business. You listen, understand, and guide our customers to the best possible solutions for their vision and eye health. With state-of-the-art equipment, your main task is to carefully conduct eye examinations and prescribe and recommend optical aids to our customers at the highest clinical level.

You will become part of an engaged team consisting of a Store Manager and Style and Customer Advisors – together, you will inspire our customers to make successful purchases and make their experience with us something to remember.

We are looking for an optometrist who:

• ✨ Values meeting people and building strong, long-term customer relationships.
• ✨ Is attentive to customer needs and has a pronounced focus on quality.
• ✨ Communicates pedagogically and confidently with customers.
• ✨ Is responsible and solution-oriented.
• ✨ Holds an optometrist license – with or without a DO/Master's degree.

Of course, we also look for someone with a genuine passion for eye health!
