As a Senior Project Manager at Pokayoke, you work with establishments, relocations, and major change initiatives within warehouse and logistics operations. About the role

We work with customers who are undergoing major changes within warehousing, logistics, and production. This can involve establishing new operations, relocation projects, implementing new ways of working, or introducing technical solutions such as automation and WMS.

As a Senior Project Manager at Pokayoke, you are responsible for leading and coordinating these projects throughout the entire implementation phase. You ensure that activities, resources, and stakeholders work towards the same goal and that the operation can transition to stable operations after the project is completed.

The role involves close collaboration with both management, operational activities, suppliers, and external parties.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and drive projects from start to implementation

• Lead the establishment of warehouse and logistics operations

• Drive relocation and redistribution projects

• Implement new ways of working, processes, and organizational structures

• Drive projects related to automation and WMS

• Coordinate internal functions, suppliers, and external parties

• Monitor schedules, budgets, and deliveries

• Manage risks, deviations, and changes in the project

• Ensure a controlled transition to operations

• Support the business in follow-up and further development after the project

Who are you?

You are an experienced project manager within warehouse and logistics projects with a good understanding of how change affects operations in practice. You work in a structured manner, are clear in your communication, and have experience driving projects where many dependencies and stakeholders need to be coordinated.

You have the ability to create momentum even in complex environments and are confident in making decisions, prioritizing, and managing changes during the project.

Your background

We would like you to:

• Have several years of experience in project management within warehousing, logistics, or production

• Have driven establishments, relocations, or major change projects

• Have a good operational understanding of the business

• Be accustomed to working with both business operations and technical solutions

• Have good structure in planning, follow-up, and documentation

• Be confident in leading and coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously

• Have a clear focus on delivery, quality, and results
