When Värmdö sleeps, we are there. We are now looking for dedicated assistant nurses and care assistants for our night patrol within home care.

Working in the night patrol means independent, responsible, and meaningful work where you make a real difference for our users – every night.

💙 About the job

As an employee in the night patrol:

• You provide security, care, and support in users' homes during the night hours
• You perform care measures and planned visits
• You work closely with colleagues but with great independence
• You meet people in need of calm, respect, and professionalism

🌟 We are looking for you who:

• Are trained as an assistant nurse or have experience within healthcare and elderly care
• Are secure, responsible, and have a good approach to people
• Can work independently and make decisions on site
• Have a B driving license (required)
• Enjoy night work and appreciate a calmer work pace with great responsibility
