What will your assignment look like?

As a colleague here, you will become part of a wonderful and tightly knit team consisting of fitters, technicians, service managers, and project managers. As a service technician, you will be responsible for one of our customers' properties, taking overall responsibility for technical operations and performing high-quality service in a two-person work team. In this assignment, you will be stationed at a property belonging to one of GK's major customers, working to ensure the smooth operation of that specific facility.

Your duties will include, for example:

• Operator for automatic fire alarms and sprinkler systems
• Corrective maintenance
• Hot work
• Rounding/Inspections
• Involvement in projects
• Work is performed in an industrial environment

Your background:

As a person, you are engaged in your work, enjoy meeting customers, and focus on quality and good service. Furthermore, you are responsible, meticulous, and reliable. It is important that you can plan and prioritize your tasks and working hours. You find solutions to challenges that may arise in daily work, and you thrive both working independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for you with the following education and experience:

• Practical training or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous knowledge or experience with comprehensive building control systems, for viewing operation displays and alarm management (ventilation, heating, cooling, etc.)
• Operator for automatic fire alarms
• Operator for sprinkler systems
• Movable work platforms
• Hot work
• Lift course, operation of work platforms
• Work at heights
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish is a prerequisite for the position
• You have a Category B driver's license and good computer skills
• General knowledge and experience in:

• Control and regulation technology
• Refrigeration systems
• Steam boilers and steam systems
• Ventilation systems
• Pressure vessels and compressed air
• Water, heating, and sewage systems
• Locks, doors, and mechanical systems

It is an advantage to have:

• Boiler operator training
