LetsGig is now looking for another reliable and hardworking operator/warehouse worker for an industrial assignment with our client in Sannahed/Kumla.

This is not a traditional picking and packing job, but a physical and production-oriented role in an industrial environment. The role suits you if you are practical, thrive with clear routines, and can work safely, carefully, and sustainably throughout the entire assignment period.

About the assignment

The work is carried out in a production facility where materials are handled according to clear instructions and high safety requirements. You will work close to the production, both independently and as part of a team.

The assignment is full-time and runs until August 28, 2026, with the possibility of extension. We are looking for someone who can work for the entire period.

Working hours

The work is performed in two shifts on weekdays (excluding holidays):

Week 1: Monday–Friday, 06:00–15:00

Week 2: Monday–Thursday, 14:30–23:22

You must be able to work both shifts.

Responsibilities

The tasks consist of production-oriented operator work in an industrial environment and include, among other things:

• work at the production line, including handling longer material sections
• assistance in ancillary tasks during the welding process (no independent welding responsibility)
• after-treatment such as grinding, straightening, and inspection
• staffing various stations in the production flow
• manual handling of materials in connection with crane operation
• work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather
• working at heights up to approximately 2 meters
• working in accordance with clear safety regulations

The work involves physical tasks and requires you to be careful, safety-conscious, and to follow instructions.

Required qualifications

To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

• upper secondary education or equivalent work experience
• valid B driver's license
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• good physical fitness
• ability to work at heights up to approx. 2 meters
• ability to work full-time and in two shifts
• high level of safety awareness
• ability to collaborate and work independently
• some technical or mechanical understanding
• availability to work the entire assignment period until August 28, 2026

Merits

• experience working according to safety and quality routines
• forklift license or forklift experience
• experience with overhead cranes
• experience with physical work in a production environment

Salary
