Sofia Health Center offers professional care throughout life. With personal treatment and continuity, we have been located on Södermalm since 2001. The clinic is doctor-led with approximately 7,700 registered patients, home care services, and a laboratory. We have a stable staff group consisting of permanent doctors, psychologists, and nurses.

About the position

As a district nurse here, you will perform standard nursing duties at the clinic, such as patient counseling, blood sampling, wound dressing, and medical assessment. Telephone counseling and home care are included in the role. You play an important part in our team and contribute to ensuring our patients receive a professional and secure care experience.

This position offers a dynamic work environment with varying tasks. To thrive in this role, we look for someone who appreciates working independently with a variety of assignments.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse.
• Has further education as a district nurse.
• Thrives working independently and in a team.
• Has good communication skills and a professional approach.
• Has experience working in primary care or clinic settings (meritorious).
