We are now looking for a positive and solution-oriented customer service representative who wants to work during the summer with a chance of extension!

Your responsibilities
In the role of customer service representative, you will be a key person in providing our customers with the best service and ensuring they receive the help they need. You will answer questions, solve problems, and give advice in a professional and empathetic manner. You thrive in an environment where every customer contact is unique and where you are driven to create solutions that make life easier for our customers. Among other things, you will:
Receive incoming calls and emails to the support department and ensure that cases are handled efficiently.
Forward calls and cases to the correct office or department for further processing and follow-up.
Handle simpler financial matters.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoy helping others. You are communicative, have good patience, and can stay calm in stressful situations. You are a team player who can also work independently and learn new systems easily. You are used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously and have a good ability to prioritize.
To summarize, we see that you:
Have experience in service. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in customer service.
Are result-driven and have a sales-oriented drive to create long-term customer relationships and increase the company's sales.
Have good computer skills and experience working with the computer as your primary tool.
Express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
Have a systematic working method and find it easy to keep your cool.
It is an advantage if you have experience from the cleaning, moving, or other craft industries.
