We are now looking for a Production Technician for a consulting assignment with a client in the aviation industry in Linköping. The assignment is located in a company working with advanced surveillance aircraft and offers a varied role with a strong focus on industrialization, production development, and improvement work.

You will become an important part of the work to develop and streamline production processes in close collaboration with several functions within the company. The role suits you if you thrive in a technical environment where problem-solving, structure, and collaboration are central.

As a Production Technician, you will among other things work with:

• Developing methods and production flows
• Working with the industrialization of new products
• Analyzing and ensuring producibility for new products
• Developing and improving existing production flows, both internally and externally
• Responsible for production and control preparation
• Preparing articles in IFS Sherpa
• Identifying, analyzing, and addressing production problems and working proactively
• Creating and developing work instructions
• Supporting functions within planning, preparation, and purchasing

• Streamlining and development of production processes
• Ensured producibility for new products
• Improved workflows and work instructions
• Quality-assured production and control preparation
• Active contribution to problem-solving and improvement work in production

• Experience in production technology
• Good knowledge of modern production philosophies
• Ability to translate theoretical knowledge into practical work
• Good understanding of reading drawings
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS Sherpa or similar
• Experience in problem-solving and improvement work
• High school diploma or relevant post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience from manufacturing industry
• Experience from the aviation or defense industry
• Previous work in complex production environments
