The Centre for Occupational and Environmental Medicine (CAMM) is looking for an engaged specialist physician in dermatology who wishes to combine clinical work with outward-looking and knowledge-enhancing initiatives in a rapidly developing field.
CAMM is part of Region Stockholm and works to prevent ill health related to the working environment and environmental factors. We are at the forefront of identifying and understanding new occupational risks, and you will become part of a context where knowledge, development, and societal benefit are at the center.
About the position
Here you will have a unique opportunity to work both clinically with patients and preventively on issues concerning work- and environment-related skin conditions. The unit works at both the individual and societal levels.
The work includes:
- Investigation and assessment of patients with work- and environment-related skin problems
- Supervisory responsibility for resident doctors (ST-läkare)
- Knowledge dissemination, teaching, and external assignments
- Opportunity to drive development issues, projects, and research in the field
You will work in a cross-professional team with doctors, nurses, occupational hygienists, counselors, testing staff, and administrators — an environment where your competence truly comes into its own.

Qualifications
- Licensed physician with specialist competence in dermatology
Meritorious:
- Clinical experience in occupational and environmental dermatology
- Doctorate or equivalent research experience

Employment type
Permanent employment. Full-time or part-time according to agreement. Working hours Monday–Friday. Probationary period may apply. Start date according to agreement.
The position is filled on the condition that it does not need to be taken for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.
For patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Council (SLSO):
- Register control is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register control upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- Requires, in addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The same requirements are guiding regarding non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
