We are now looking for a responsible and structured part-time employee, preferably with a few years of experience in the industry, to join our team at Kulturbageriet!

Kulturbageriet is a café and artisan bakery with a passion for organic and small-scale production. We use exclusively natural ingredients, primarily KRAV-certified from Swedish farms. Our menu includes salads, soups, and sourdough pizzas, among other things, but all our food has a clear green profile where ingredients and flavors speak for themselves. All breads and pastries are baked with a sourdough or levain base and are left to ferment slowly before being baked in our large stone oven.

You should have a genuine interest in food and flavor, as well as a desire to develop and learn new things. As a person, you are structured, skilled at prioritizing and planning, enjoy working proactively, and see the bigger picture in what we do. We work together in a small team at Kulturbageriet, where we need to support each other, push boundaries, and find solutions together to deliver world-class quality and hospitality.

We also look for someone who is good at taking initiative, is curious, and wants to learn and be challenged in their role.

Working hours vary, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

Previous experience in service, restaurant, or retail.
