As a Barista at Espresso House, Sweden's leading café chain, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. Naturally, you will become part of a fantastic team where we have fun behind the bar. Your primary task is to offer our guests a coffee experience that exceeds their expectations!

As a Shift Leader at Espresso House, you perform all the tasks that a Barista does, but the role also involves responsibility for and planning of daily operations together with the Coffee Shop Manager. Your goal as a Shift Leader should be to develop and grow within Espresso House. Therefore, it is an advantage if you have worked in a café/restaurant or have equivalent experience and have good knowledge of the industry and are used to working irregular hours.

The job as a Barista or Shift Leader requires no prior knowledge; we train our new employees to become Baristas!

In the role, you will make great drinks, prepare, and serve coffee breaks. You ensure that the shop is welcoming, clean, and tidy, just as you would like it to be. And you, together with your colleagues, ensure that you have a good time behind the bar!
