About the role

As a Foreman Overhead Line at NRC Group, you will hold a key position in an engaged team. You will lead overhead line projects from start to finish, covering everything from planning and execution to follow-up. Together with the Site Manager, you will drive projects forward using the company's established processes and methods. The role also includes personnel and work environment responsibility, where you create engagement and motivate your employees. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the bidding phase and subsequently lead the projects you have helped calculate. If needed, you will also provide technical support in the field.

Your role includes, among other things:

• Planning and taking responsibility for daily production
• Ongoing customer contact and economic responsibility for your part of the production
• Personnel responsibility for the technicians in the team
• Motivating and guiding the team in the execution of work
• Ensuring work is performed in accordance with current requirements and obligations
• Working with work preparations, including risk assessments, resource planning, booking of internal resources and machinery, and ordering external services
• Deviation management, implementation of corrective actions, and proposals for improvement measures

Travel is a natural part of the role, and on-call duty may occur. You will usually work from home but travel to projects across Sweden, reporting to the Technical Project Manager.

Is this you?

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a high school education in electrical engineering, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience. You should also have experience with overhead lines. You must have experience leading groups (without direct personnel responsibility), be proficient with computers, and have financial awareness. Experience with costing is a merit.

You must be able to communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and a Class B driver's license is required.
