About the Role
This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at DHL Freight. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment or converting to permanent employment.

DHL Freight's customer service in Växjö is responsible for all customer service regarding domestic transport. In total, there are about 140 employees, and the Frontline department consists of 90 employees who value good community spirit. Responsibilities
In the role of Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for receiving, handling, and administering incoming cases via phone, email, and chat. The cases concern questions before, during, and after transport from customers located throughout Sweden. You have contact with both corporate customers and private individuals, where the important thing is to find the right solution and provide good service. Furthermore, you collaborate closely with other functions within customer service as well as DHL Freight. This is to strengthen bonds and cooperation within DHL Freight with the aim of working on continuous improvements.
In the role, you are initially offered an introduction to create an understanding of the company's working methods and systems. Here you have the opportunity to develop together with your department and the entire customer service. DHL Freight has divided customer questions into different knowledge areas, which means you start by learning one knowledge area before building on with more. Together with your colleagues, you help and support each other.
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- Completed upper secondary education or equivalent
- Work experience in customer service/customer-oriented role or administration
- Good computer/system proficiency
- You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English
We are looking for you who have good communication skills and thrive best when you get to collaborate with others. Since availability and customer handling are important to deliver a positive customer experience, we see that you are motivated by delivering good service. Since the work requires high structure and order, you are also a meticulous person, accustomed to working in a computer environment, and have the ability to prioritize in your work. It is also important that you can handle a varied work pace and are flexible as the workload may vary.
