Do you have a genuine technical interest, experience with installations, and thrive in a service-oriented role? Then you might be the person we are looking for in a hybrid role with our client in Högsbo. We are looking for someone who is engaged and wants to take on a role where practical installation work is combined with technical problem-solving – where one day you are out at the customer site commissioning security systems, and the next day guiding customers through technical support.

In the role of Installer and Technical Support, you will have a varied job that requires both practical skills and good communication abilities. The role involves a combination of installing cameras and alarm systems at customer sites, as well as providing technical customer support via phone. The work includes, among other things, simpler cable routing, and we would appreciate it if you had previous experience in installation work or technical support. Since a large part of your day involves direct contact with customers, it is crucial that you enjoy this social role and always strive to deliver high-quality solutions.

To succeed in this position, we see that you are a technically interested person driven by problem-solving. You are self-motivated, service-oriented, and comfortable moving in different environments, as your work areas cover the Gothenburg region with a starting point in Högsbo. You have the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way and enjoy being the face of the company.

We see an initial need for approximately 50% and are looking for someone who wants to grow together with our client over time. Working hours are scheduled during daytime on weekdays, and the position starts as a needs-based employment.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks include:

• Installation of surveillance cameras and alarm systems at customer sites.
• Simpler cable routing and commissioning of equipment.
• Technical support via phone and on-site at customer locations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluent in Swedish.
• Experience with electrical or camera installations is an advantage.
• Experience from customer service or support functions is an advantage.
