About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, service, and sales. You enjoy meeting people and are driven by giving every customer a truly great experience – whether it's finding the right dietary supplement, choosing workout gear, or simply providing extra energy for daily life.

Responsibilities

As a retail sales associate at MM Sports, your primary task is to provide professional advice regarding our products. The customer is always in focus – before, during, and after the purchase. Your main responsibilities include:

• Sales, advisory services, and customer service
• Restocking goods and store maintenance
• Ordering and inventory management

We believe you have experience in retail sales and thrive in a role where service, responsibility, and results go hand in hand. You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and enjoy working at a fast pace.

You have a genuine interest in fitness and health and enjoy sharing your knowledge with customers and colleagues. Since the role sometimes involves working alone, you need to feel confident taking responsibility and making independent decisions in your daily work.

We are also looking for someone who is flexible and thrives in a daily routine where schedules and working hours may sometimes be adjusted based on business needs. Extra responsibilities and hours may occur during certain periods.

The work is physical and involves regular heavy lifting in connection with deliveries and stock handling. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable with practical and physical work, including handling and carrying boxes and goods between the store and the warehouse.

Location & Working Hours

📍 Location: In our store on Dragarbrunnsgatan in central Uppsala.
⏳ Scope: 34% with the possibility of extra hours. Scheduled weekends.
🎯 Start: As soon as possible, according to agreement.
