On the Uppsala campus, we operate 7 units as well as a growing catering business where we provide catering for small and large gatherings, serving up to 1,000 guests.

Short about the role

We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented catering coordinator responsible for handling catering emails, bookings, and customer contact. You will ensure that orders are registered correctly according to agreements, plan staffing in consultation with the Unit Manager, and coordinate staff, deliveries, and events.

The role involves responsibility for quality, service, and follow-up of each catering assignment, participation in larger events, as well as administration in booking and invoicing systems. You will build long-term customer relationships, report on sales, and actively contribute to the development of the business. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and flexible, with a natural focus on hospitality and customer experience. You thrive both working independently and in a team, and are happy to contribute to the development of working methods and offerings.

We want you to have:

• Be structured, meticulous, and have good administrative skills

• Have experience in catering, restaurant, or similar service operations

• Have good computer skills and be able to work in various systems

• Enjoy customer contact and have a professional approach

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Good knowledge of English

• Sales experience is an advantage

• Category B driver's license
