About the Role

As a Building Constructor at Kontrollbolaget, you will become part of a small team in Gävle where decision-making paths are short and collaboration is close. Here, you will have the opportunity to work independently on projects while receiving support from colleagues in both Gävle and other offices in Stockholm and Åre.

In this role, you will work with construction within building projects and be involved from the early stages through to the final solution. The projects vary, providing a broad and developing daily routine.

The office in Gävle is centrally located near the train station, making commuting possible. For those who appreciate variety, there is also the opportunity to work from Åre for parts of the year, for example during the winter.

The position is initially based on-site in Gävle to ensure a good start in the role and with the team. Once you are settled, there is an opportunity for some hybrid work.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident in their role as a Building Constructor and has several years of experience in the field. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for your work and are comfortable driving tasks independently.

You thrive in a smaller organization where you can take your place, contribute your ideas, and be involved in the bigger picture. At the same time, you find it easy to collaborate and communicate with both colleagues and other stakeholders in the project.

We see that you are solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and have a genuine interest in construction and building technology.

Formal Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in construction/engineering
• Several years of experience as a Building Constructor
• Good knowledge of relevant construction tools
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from consultancy work
• Experience working in smaller organizations
• Experience with different types of building projects
