About the Position

Rêk Û Pêk AB is now looking for four dedicated employees for immediate employment. The assignment aims to strengthen our team within road maintenance, with a special focus on brush clearing contracts along deer fences in the Gästrikland region. We offer an independent role under your own responsibility out in the field, where you will become an important part of the work to maintain infrastructure and traffic safety.

The position is a fixed-term employment with good opportunities for further employment after the agreed end date.

Main Responsibilities

• Mechanical Clearing: Brush and grass clearing with brush saws along deer fences and fixed obstacles.
• Function Assurance: Removal of branches and cleared material to ensure the function of the deer fence.
• General Road Maintenance: Other common tasks within the framework of operation and maintenance contracts.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for staff who are reliable, have good teamwork skills, and a high level of safety awareness, as the work is carried out in a live traffic environment. You demonstrate good endurance and enjoy physically demanding outdoor work under varying weather conditions.

Formal Requirements:

• Training Certificate: A valid brush saw certificate is an absolute requirement for the position.
• Driver's License: Class B driver's license and access to your own vehicle for transport to and from the work areas.
• Physical Ability: Good physical condition and the ability to maintain a steady and high work pace.

Meritorious Qualifications:

• Certification in Work on Road (APV 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3).
• Granted employment support (e.g., new start job or introduction job) via the Swedish Public Employment Service.
