Our client, one of the world's largest companies in IT consulting, digital transformation, and technical services, is looking for a Junior Medallia Administrator to optimize customer insights. You will have the opportunity to work with a business-critical CXM platform in a team focused on improving the customer journey and strengthening brand loyalty.

About the Role

As a Junior Medallia Administrator, your main responsibility is to act as a technical expert on the Medallia platform. You will work on optimizing customer insights by managing system configuration, driving technical improvements, and ensuring efficient "Closed-Loop" feedback. You will be part of the Customer Experience team, focusing on customer feedback for two major automotive players.

Medallia is a cloud-based business and analytics system primarily used for Customer Experience and Employee Experience. The system is used by large companies to collect, analyze, and act on feedback from customers and employees in real-time.

This position is a long-term consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by us at Academic Work before working on-site at our client's premises. Read more about what it is like to be a consultant with us here (#).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure the system (surveys, flows, permissions).
  • Drive technical improvements (enhancements).
  • Ensure "Closed-Loop" feedback.
  • Build dashboards for various stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has practical experience with the Medallia platform – acquired through education and/or work.
  • Has Medallia Admin certification.
  • Has Medallia Product certification.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Previous work experience in a similar administrative role with a focus on Customer Experience Management.
