About the role

Sydkraft Thermal Power is part of the global energy group Uniper, with operations contributing to secure and stable electricity supply for industry and society. In Sweden, the group has approximately 1,000 employees and is responsible for important energy production, including peak and reserve power.

We are now looking for a Store Support for Sydkraft Thermal Power in Malmö. The assignment is initially until the turn of the year, and you will be employed by Academic Work as a consultant at our client, Sydkraft Thermal Power.

Responsibilities

• Order spare parts, consumables, and other equipment
• Manage and administer spare parts in the business system SAP
• Support operations with logistics and warehouse-related issues
• Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries as well as goods receipt
• Perform forklift driving in daily work
• Work administratively in systems and programs such as SAP, Excel, and Word
• Contribute to other occasional tasks within storage and logistics

We are looking for you who

• Have good computer skills and enjoy working with administrative systems
• Have experience with business systems, preferably SAP
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Hold forklift licenses A and B (mainly A2 and B1 are used in this role)
• Hold a B driving license

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience using SAP in practical work
• Previous experience in a similar role within warehousing, storage, or logistics
• Experience in goods handling and/or storage work

• Working hours: 7:00–16:00, with some flexibility
• Sydkraft Thermal Power AB is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure, and our operations are subject to regulations regarding security clearance, export control, and nuclear non-proliferation. Therefore, we will conduct security checks for all our positions and supplement with register checks for security-classified roles, in accordance with the Security Protection Act
• A possible health examination, including a drug test, may also be required before employment
