Do you have experience with large residential projects and good knowledge of concrete structures? On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an experienced Foreman for the new production of housing.

This is a role for you who thrives close to production, has good technical understanding, and wants to be part of creating efficient, sustainable, and well-organized construction processes.

What does the role involve? As a Foreman, you are a key person in production and are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the daily work on the construction site. You work closely with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and skilled workers to ensure the project moves forward according to plan.

The focus is on larger residential projects where experience with heavy frames and concrete is particularly important.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily production work
• Plan work tasks, resources, and materials
• Monitor schedules, quality, and working environment
• Coordinate subcontractors and skilled workers
• Ensure good progress in framing and production phases
• Report status, deviations, and needs to the Site Manager

Experience and Qualifications We are looking for you who have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Foreman
• Experience in new production within housing
• Experience with larger residential projects
• Good knowledge of concrete frames and heavy frame solutions
• Understanding of schedules, logistics, quality, and working environment
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and create structure in production

As a person, you are communicative, clear, and present in your leadership. You are used to working close to production and have the ability to create progress even in projects with many parallel tasks.
