We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a kitchen where everything is made from scratch and where our love for ingredients and food shines through clearly on the plate.
Vejbystrand and Strandhugget are located in the heart of Scania's pantry, and we source our ingredients just a short distance from the restaurant.
You know that kitchen work is hard. We work hard, so it is essential that you can also enjoy yourself and have fun at work. You must therefore be a team player (cliché, I know, but a requirement) who can both give and receive encouragement when things get tough.
You love presenting food beautifully, but you also understand the importance of a good sausage for kitchen economics.
At Strandhugget, we serve traditional Swedish cuisine – Swedish, French, and sometimes Italian. We simply serve good food that many people enjoy.
We are looking for chefs for the summer season, but we are also looking for you who want a permanent position with the opportunity to help develop Strandhugget into the year-round destination it is meant to become.
We are members of Visita and naturally follow the agreements and regulations that apply to the industry.
There is also an apartment/small house on a farm available for rent for the right person.
