About the Role We are now looking for a Supply & Planning Coordinator to join our Operations team in Uppsala. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating operational planning regarding customer orders, purchasing, production planning, and logistics to ensure an efficient and reliable flow from order to delivery.

You will work closely with production, warehouse & logistics, sales, finance, and quality in a cross-functional and operational environment. The role combines structured planning, operational coordination, and continuous improvement work with the opportunity to directly contribute to Bio-Works' operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders, production planning, as well as delivery planning and prioritization
• Manage purchasing activities and follow up on supplier deliveries
• Ensure material availability and operational flow in the ERP system
• Support warehouse & logistics during high workloads, as needed
• Monitor delivery precision, inventory, and delivery performance
• Contribute to the development of SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives within Operations

Who are you?

• Experience within supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or operational coordination
• Experience working in ERP systems and planning environments
• Strong analytical skills as well as good planning and organizational abilities
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Accustomed to handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
