Your responsibilities

This is a role for you who thrive when customer contact, tempo, and solution focus go hand in hand. You will play an important role in the contact with both existing and new customers, where the work is about providing support, building trust, and guiding the customer forward in a smooth way. Part of the role is also to work more proactively in the dialogue, where you pick up needs, present solutions, and contribute to continued collaboration.

You will among other things:

  • receive incoming calls and emails from customers and clients
  • provide support in both simple questions and more complex customer cases
  • be the contact person for daily questions related to customers' processes
  • follow up on customer dialogues and work for high customer satisfaction
  • work solution-oriented in contact with customers and guide them forward based on their needs
  • contribute to upselling by highlighting relevant add-on services and solutions
  • work proactively with onboarding of new customers
  • present TradingSolutions' services and create a personal contact in the startup phase
  • ensure that new customers receive the right information and a good start
  • update customer registers and enter assignments into the system
  • hold simple demonstrations and guide customers in the company's systems
  • handle complaints and other questions with clarity, judgment, and professional handling

The position is located at TradingSolutions' headquarters in central Stockholm. It is a permanent full-time employment and the role is based at the office. We are looking for you who have experience in customer support, customer service, or sales support and who enjoy working close to customers in a role with many points of contact. You do not need to come from a specific industry, but you need to bring confidence in customer dialogue and enjoy combining service with initiative. If you have also worked in another service-oriented role, that is positive, but the most important thing is that you are used to meeting customers, understanding their needs, and creating a good experience in every contact.

To succeed in the role, you really need to enjoy customer contact. You need to be confident in how you express yourself, both by phone and by email, and be able to communicate in a clear, professional, and trust-building manner in Swedish and English. You are fearless in customer dialogue, do not wait too long to make contact, and thrive in a role where you work both reactively with incoming questions and proactively with onboarding and follow-up.
