At Aleva, we are currently looking for temporary staff for home care services during the summer. The work offers you great freedom; you can take shifts when it suits you and combine the job with other aspects of life. With offices in Mariedal, Backen, Nordmaling, and Holmsund, we can offer you great flexibility and the opportunity to work where it suits you best.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have previous experience working in healthcare and social care. You are positive, responsible, and have a warm demeanor, thriving when taking personal responsibility and building relationships.
Qualifications
- Swedish language skills
- Category B driver's license at the start of employment.
Scope and Start Date
The employment is a temporary hourly position, which means flexibility to take shifts based on needs and agreement. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Induction and training are provided at the start.

What does the job entail?
Days are varied with great opportunities to influence people's quality of life. You provide care, social support, and services based on needs and wishes. The duties also include being a contact person, communicating with relatives, and social documentation. The most important thing is that you enjoy working with and are good with people.
What background do I need?
You work/have worked in healthcare/social care and feel confident in your role. We continuously work with knowledge transfer and experience sharing in our teams, and you enjoy being a role model for colleagues with less experience.
