About the Position

DUTIES
We are now looking for you who want to work as a healthcare assistant (undersköterska) or caregiver (vårdbiträde) in our operations this summer. We offer meaningful work where you get to make a difference in the daily lives of care recipients.

We can offer work during the vacation period, weeks 26 - 33. There are great opportunities to work before or after the end of the period. We are also looking for hourly substitutes who can work parts of the summer.

We offer a bonus of 7,000 SEK (before tax deduction) to you who work at least 240 hours between weeks 25 - 34. (Illness or other absence is not counted in the hours qualifying for the bonus)

The duties include helping the care recipient in their daily life with everything that entails. In addition to helping with hygiene, care, and household chores, you should be there to socialize and add a "golden touch" to their existence. The work includes documentation according to legislation.

We are looking for substitutes for:

• Special Housing (Särskilt boende)
  Also known as nursing homes, these are located in several different places in the municipality (Järpen, Mörsil, Kall, Hallen, and Duved).
• Home Care/Night Patrol
  Within home care, you provide service and care to the elderly and sick in their own homes. You travel between assignments using a service vehicle. You can also work night shifts with the night patrol here.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
In the role of healthcare assistant or caregiver, it is important to be responsive, flexible, and genuinely interested in people. You should be able to see, listen to, and validate the people you meet.

Collaborating and contributing to a positive work climate among colleagues is obvious to you. You must be able to read, speak, and write in Swedish without difficulty. Experience and/or education within healthcare is meritorious. A driver's license is required for home care/night patrol.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months.
