Do you want to take a key role in securing operations and developing maintenance at a facility that makes a real difference? Here we take care of what is left over and turn it into something that drives society forward. At Tekniska verken, we convert food waste into renewable energy that keeps buses moving, vehicles running, and contributes to a more sustainable society. At our biogas plant, we have also built a unique facility that captures and liquefies carbon dioxide from biogas production – an innovation that further strengthens biogas's climate performance and makes the facility the first of its kind in Sweden. It is not just a facility; it is an important part of the future energy system.

We are now looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who wants to be part of this responsibility. At our biogas plant, you have a central role in ensuring that the facility operates as it should – every day, all year round. You work closely with both technology, operations, and development, and help drive the work forward.

This is a role for you who thrives in an environment where structure meets technology, where you get to combine planning, leadership, and improvement work. You help create the conditions for stable and efficient operations by coordinating and developing maintenance work together with colleagues and external parties. Here you are an important part of the whole, and it shows in what you do. With varied and rewarding tasks, your days will be filled with:

  • planning, coordinating, and following up on corrective, preventive, and improving maintenance
  • leading maintenance work and participating operationally
  • ensuring that maintenance plans, checks, and inspections are carried out
  • being responsible for meeting regulatory requirements, such as inspections of pressure vessels and safety equipment
  • developing, improving, and enhancing routines, instructions, and working methods
  • preparing work orders and ensuring correct documentation in the maintenance system
  • participating in projects, tenders, and budget work
  • acting as a contact person for contractors and suppliers

The work takes place both indoors and outdoors.

Are you the one we are looking for? We are looking for you who are structured, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces. You have a good overall perspective, take initiative, and drive the work forward. At the same time, you have a pedagogical ability and collaborate easily with both colleagues and external parties. You are motivated by developing working methods and contributing to improvements in the business.

We see that you have:

  • at least 5 years of experience in repair and maintenance work
  • good familiarity with working in maintenance systems
  • Category B driver's license (manual)
  • good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • good knowledge of MS Office

If you have education in operation technology, maintenance technology, or mechanical engineering – or equivalent experience, we consider this meritorious. Experience in leadership, project planning, or work within process industry or energy production is also a plus, as is knowledge of maintenance methodology and experience with Maintmaster.

Why choose us?

  • A job where you contribute to sustainability and social benefit in a real sense
  • A key role in a technical business with great development potential
  • Opportunity to influence working methods, processes, and future solutions
  • Colleagues who value collaboration, competence, and joy of work
