We are now looking for a technically skilled Order Administrator for Rotork in Falun who wants to contribute to efficient flows and a well-functioning internal collaboration.

About the role

In this role, you are responsible for daily order processing vis-à-vis Rotork's internal sales companies. You work closely with internal functions and ensure that the order flow is handled correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with established routines and goals. At the same time, the business is in a phase of change and is facing a switch in business and production systems, where you will play an important role in contributing stability, structure, and quality to the work.

You register, administer, and follow up on internal orders, ensure that deliveries are carried out as planned, and handle any deviations in the process. The role involves ongoing contact with internal departments such as production, logistics, and purchasing to ensure a smooth flow from order to delivery. The work also includes administrative handling related to the order process and some support in order-related questions internally.

Your profile

To succeed in the role of Order Administrator at Rotork, we see that you have a structured and meticulous approach to work as well as a good technical understanding. You thrive in an administrative role where you take significant responsibility and work closely with other functions within the organization. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal contacts.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• High school education or equivalent, preferably with a technical focus
• Experience in order processing, administration, or a similar role
• Good system proficiency, preferably experience with ERP systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have a technical interest or previous experience from industrial operations.

You will be employed by HR Dalarna and work as a consultant for Rotork for an initial period of approximately 9 months. If needed, the hiring period may be extended.
