We are now looking for two engaged and technically skilled Inside Sales representatives for Rotork in Falun who wish to contribute to strong customer relationships and efficient sales processes. About the role As a Technical Inside Sales Representative, you work with Rotork's existing external customers, serving as a key contact person in daily cooperation. At the same time, the business is in a phase of change and is facing a switch of business and production systems, where you will play an important role in contributing stability, structure, and quality to the work. You are responsible for handling inquiries via email and phone, providing technical advice, and ensuring that customers receive the right solutions based on their needs. You continuously work on creating technical quotes and registering orders in the business system. The role involves close collaboration with internal functions such as production, logistics, and purchasing to ensure that the order flow runs smoothly from quote to delivery. You follow up on business, handle any discrepancies, and contribute to developing relationships with existing customers. The work combines technical understanding with administrative precision and offers you the opportunity to help develop working methods in tandem with the continued development of the business. Your profile To succeed in the role of Technical Inside Sales Representative at Rotork, we see that you have a technical background and thrive in a role where you combine customer contact with technical advice and administrative tasks. You are structured, service-oriented, and confident in communicating with customers via both email and phone. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and have the ability to drive your cases independently, while collaborating well with other functions in the company. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Technical education or equivalent experience
• Experience in technical inside sales, order processing, or a similar role
• Experience working with external customers, primarily via email and phone
• Experience creating quotes and registering orders in business systems
• Good system proficiency, preferably ERP systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
