Summer Temporary Staff for Home Care at AdeoCare in Västerort

Do you want a summer job where you make a difference for others, gain valuable experience, and work alongside colleagues who care about both clients and each other?

👉 Then AdeoCare might be the right place for you this summer.

About the Job

At AdeoCare, we are passionate about our mission and strive to be the most joyful home care service. With us, you will find a varied and meaningful summer job with clear onboarding, supportive colleagues, and present management.

We are now looking for summer temporary staff for the Västerort area for the period of June–August (shorter periods are also possible).

Here we have 60 employees, one unit manager, and two deputy unit managers who do their best every day for our clients. We are located in newly renovated premises in Hässelby Gård.

What Does the Job Involve?

You will visit our clients in their homes and support them in their daily lives. The tasks are varied and may include, among other things:

  • care and hygiene
  • cleaning
  • shopping
  • laundry
  • meal preparation
  • walks

Documentation according to current legal requirements is also included – we will teach you how.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for you who:

  • have education within healthcare and social care or are studying a healthcare profession (e.g., nursing assistant, nurse, doctor, physiotherapist, social worker, or occupational therapist)
  • preferably have experience from elderly care or home care (but this is not a requirement)
  • have a valid driver's license (Category B)
  • have good knowledge of Swedish

As a person, you are:

  • service-oriented and considerate
  • comfortable working both independently and in a team
  • calm even when the pace increases
  • curious, responsible, and not afraid to ask questions
What Do We Offer You?

A summer job where you make a real difference

  • A thorough introduction and support from experienced colleagues
  • Unique competence in dementia and cognitive diseases
  • Experience that is invaluable – whether you continue in healthcare or not
  • Opportunity to continue as an hourly substitute after the summer
  • Collective agreement

💬 Many choose to continue with us as hourly substitutes after their summer placement. Students working with us value the experience they gain by working with the elderly and meeting so many different people.

Scope and Working Hours
  • Fixed-term employment: full-time, part-time, or hourly
  • Working hours: day and/or evening and/or weekends
  • Period: primarily June–August (shorter assignments also possible)
Application

We conduct ongoing selections – please send your application as soon as possible.

To ensure a safe and high-quality operation, we conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process. This takes place only after your approval via BankID.

We look forward to hearing from you!
