About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key contact for both private individuals and companies with questions about their shipments. You respond via phone, email, and chat – always with the goal of providing a friendly and clear interaction.
You will receive a thorough introduction and start with one area at a time, allowing you to become confident in the role. We work step by step, with support from both experienced colleagues and present managers.

Main Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your task is to provide support and answer questions from both private individuals and companies sending or receiving packages. You communicate via phone, email, and chat – and your ability to listen, solve problems, and create security is the most important aspect.
You will receive a proper introduction when you start and learn one area at a time. This gives you time to settle into the work and grow in the role at your own pace. You always have colleagues and managers nearby who support you along the way.

Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a high school education.
- Has prior experience in service, customer contact, or administration (preferred).
- Thrives in collaboration, is detail-oriented, and has a solution-focused approach.
- Has good computer skills – even if you are not a tech expert.
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish, and has good knowledge of English.
