As Brand & Media Marketing Lead for the Swedish market, you play a key role in continuing to contribute to our ongoing development through strategic and operational holistic ownership of our brand.

Your mission is clear: to solidify our brand position as the market leader and Sweden's largest loan comparison service through an optimized mix of media channels and communication.

You are expected not only to manage existing strategies but also to proactively explore and develop how we reach our target audiences. By combining insight-driven analysis with a deep understanding of creative expression, you ensure that our brand investments land correctly across all channels and create maximum business value.

The role includes personnel responsibility for one person, and you report to the Head of Marketing. The position is based at our office in central Stockholm.

Examples of responsibilities & tasks
  • Strategic & Operational Media Planning: You are responsible for and develop the relationship with our media agency and are responsible for optimizing investments in brand-building channels (TV, OLV, audio, OOH). Through continuous analysis, you take holistic responsibility for the chain from strategy and implementation to follow-up. The focus is on creating the best possible reach and effect against our brand goals, while simultaneously creating optimal conditions for our performance marketing.

  • Brand Communication & Material Responsibility: You drive the collaboration with our advertising agency and are a central sounding board for our in-house content creators. Your focus is on ensuring that imagery, copy, and tone maintain high quality and land correctly with the target audience, depending on the campaign goal and channel. You also have operational responsibility for ensuring the right material is delivered on time and in the correct format to all booked channels.

  • Analysis, Effect & Brand Measurement: You continuously monitor our brand investments against business, media, and brand KPIs. You are responsible for our brand measurements and use the insights as your compass to constantly evaluate and adjust our strategy. You work closely with our Performance team to understand the synergies between brand-building activities and conversion.

  • Leadership: You have personnel responsibility for one person, where your mission is to coach, prioritize, and create conditions for shared success.

About you

We are looking for an initiative-driven, engaged, and unpretentious person who thrives at the intersection of strategy and concrete execution. You are confident in taking full responsibility and having a large degree of autonomy in your areas of responsibility, and you have a documented habit of independently maintaining, driving, and developing external partner relationships.

  • Education: You have an academic degree in marketing, economics, communication, or equivalent.

  • Media Expertise: You have at least 7 years of experience in media planning (preferably from the agency side) with deep expertise in reach channels such as TV, OLV, audio, and (D)OOH.

  • Communication Strategist: You have an eye for quality advertising and understand the important distinction between long-term brand building and tactical conversion.

  • Analytical & Data-Driven: You have a natural ability to interpret data and turn insights into concrete actions. You see how different marketing activities collaborate to create results for the whole.

  • Business-minded: You are accustomed to handling and optimizing significant media budgets with a focus on our shared business goals.

  • Structured Team Player: You thrive with significant personal responsibility and the ability to maintain focus even when the pace is high. You are structured enough to keep order in complex deliveries, but flexible enough to rethink when conditions change.

  • Innovation & AI: We would like you to be curious about how AI tools can streamline and improve the quality of our creative work and media analysis.

  • Leadership: You have a genuine interest in leadership and developing others. Previous experience of personnel responsibility is meritorious, but your attitude and potential weigh the heaviest.

  • Languages: You communicate effortlessly in Swedish (fluent in speech and writing) and have good knowledge of English.

About the recruitment process
