Best Western Hotel Park Astoria is centrally located in Enköping. We are a cheerful team of approximately 30 employees. The hotel features a restaurant, bar, and conference facilities. We are now looking for you to join our team as a receptionist.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, as the role requires it, and who possesses a strong sense of security awareness, as you will often be working alone. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English, in speaking and writing. Previous experience at a hotel reception is an advantage, and applicants must be at least 20 years old due to the potential handling and sale of alcohol.
In terms of personality, we are looking for someone who is positive, flexible, and enjoys working independently. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and take pride in contributing to our guests' best possible experience and service. As a receptionist, you will also assist in our bar and restaurant. Your duties will include check-in and check-out, cash handling, booking, and light administrative tasks. The position is primarily required every other weekend, with increased demand during the summer months.
