Responsibilities

In the role of warehouse employee, you will be part of a team of four responsible for the warehouse in Arboga. Together with your colleagues, you will handle picking, packing, and dispatching of materials according to order lists in the business system Monitor.

Since the warehouse handles heavy materials, forklift and loader driving are part of the job. Together with the warehouse manager, you will plan the daily work by checking the order status and ensuring that materials are ready for delivery to projects. You will also book certain transports with external carriers and ensure direct deliveries to job sites when necessary.

Additionally, you will handle returns, ensure order and structure in the material flow, and keep the warehouse well-organized. You will receive incoming deliveries and perform quality checks and spot checks before products are forwarded.

The work also includes simple production and assembly, such as adapting steel products by rolling beams to meet project specifications.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse work, including inbound and outbound deliveries as well as quality control
• Experience with business systems (experience with Monitor ERP is a plus)
• Forklift and loader license
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
