About the Role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment starting immediately and lasting for 5 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at PreZero. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

💼 Responsibilities

As a Transport Leader at PreZero, you play a key role in the daily operations of the container business in the Mälaren Valley. You are responsible for planning and coordinating transports for approximately 7 vehicles and ensuring that deliveries are carried out efficiently and according to plan. You work closely with drivers, customers, and colleagues in a team consisting of operations managers, transport leaders, and administrators, distributed between Västerås and Eskilstuna. The work is both operational and administrative; you handle order reception via phone and email, follow up on transports and deviations, and ensure correct documentation and billing data. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you plan and order transports and contribute to efficient flows.

Working Hours: Weekdays 07:00–16:00

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily transports
• Maintain ongoing contact with drivers and customers
• Handle orders via phone and email
• Follow up on transports, vehicles, and deviations
• Ensure correct documentation and billing data

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

Requirements:

• Completed post-secondary education
• Experience in a role involving customer support, administration, transport management, team leading, or equivalent
• Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) and good English skills
• Very good computer and system skills, as well as good knowledge of the Office package

Merits:

• Experience within the recycling and waste industry and/or experience in transport management
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Driver’s license and access to a personal car
