Your role as Automation Manager

As Automation Manager at Apotea, you will be a key figure in the logistics automation team in Morgongåva. You will lead and develop the new automation group, be responsible for the daily operational management of the automation, and ensure that work is planned, monitored, and executed in a correct and efficient manner. In this role, you have personnel responsibility for the automation group and automation specialists. You work closely with logistics, the service group, and other functions to create a stable, safe, and efficient flow. You are responsible for clarifying priorities, following up on results, handling deviations, and driving improvements in daily work.

The position is located in Morgongåva.

• Experience of team leadership and/or personnel responsibility within warehousing, logistics, production, e-commerce, or automation.
• Experience in working with daily management, staffing planning, follow-up, and improvement work.
• Good technical understanding and confidence in working with digital systems, automated flows, and operational key performance indicators.
• Experience with automated warehouse solutions, WMS, Lean/5S, or similar working methods is an advantage.
