Job Description

We are now looking for a Business Analyst who is confident in their role and accustomed to driving analysis work independently – from need to feasible solution.

This is not a role where you merely gather requirements. We are looking for you who challenges, structures, and drives the work forward in close collaboration with both business operations and IT.

As a Business Analyst with us, you drive analysis work in complex initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, lead workshops, and ensure that requirements are identified, structured, and prioritized based on business value. All with a focus on improved working methods and high delivery quality.

To succeed in the role, you are structured and analytical, with the ability to navigate complex contexts. We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 4 years of practical experience in the role of Business Analyst
• Is accustomed to independently driving analysis work in complex environments
• Has strong competence in stakeholder management and requirements management
• Can break down needs into clear requirements, including non-functional, functional, and regulatory specifications
• Has experience leading workshops and facilitating dialogues
• Has a good ability to prioritize and make decisions in uncertainty
• Has worked with process mapping and business development
• Has a good understanding of agile working methods
