Do you want to lead exciting healthcare projects that make a real difference? Ramboll is looking for an experienced Project/Design Manager to join our global spearhead, Healthcare. With us, you will drive the development of tomorrow's sustainable healthcare environments in collaboration with dedicated experts in engineering and architecture – in Sweden and globally. Your new position

You will be part of our leading-edge organization dedicated to developing and building tomorrow's healthcare facilities to create sustainable healthcare operations together with our clients. Ramboll Healthcare is a national division with approximately 160 employees, which in turn belongs to Ramboll's global organization specialized in healthcare and hospital projects.

The unit, Healthcare PMO, currently consists of around 10 colleagues with expertise in project and design management as well as digital services. Many of our projects are multidisciplinary, meaning you will collaborate closely with experts in other areas such as HVAC, structural engineering, electrical and automation, and logistics. At Ramboll, you have the opportunity to work in small, agile teams while having access to the large company's global resources and experience. We combine the best of both worlds to create solutions that truly make a difference.

Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Project management and/or design management in hospital assignments
• Work closely with the client to define goals and create an understanding of the client's needs
• Coordinate the work among all actors in the project to work towards the same goal
• Develop relationships with both new and existing clients
• Participate in bidding processes
• Collaborate with colleagues within our global hospital group both nationally and internationally, as well as colleagues in other business areas within Ramboll.

About you

• You have experience in the construction industry and have a strong drive to develop within hospital assignments
• You have experience from a consultant role and thrive with taking commercial and technical responsibility in assignments
• You thrive in an international environment where experience of international hospital projects is an asset
• You have several years of experience as a project manager/design manager or similar leadership roles and enjoy developing projects from early stages together with the client
• You have good collaboration skills where you are accustomed to leading and supporting your colleagues in assignments
• You have good communication skills in both speech and writing in Swedish and English.
