I have built efficient systems and processes for a product that I have 7 years of experience selling, with over 15,000 sales calls. It is a structure you can plug into and accelerate, where the only limitation is your level of ambition and how hard you can push yourself.

About the role:
- Guaranteed salary starts at 20,000 SEK, but for candidates with a proven track record in outbound sales, a higher guaranteed salary can be discussed.
- 20% commission per deal. Deals range between 40,000 and 200,000 SEK. The average order value is 50,000 SEK, and deals are closed within 1–10 business days.
- Both employment and consultancy arrangements are welcome.
- The product we sell is Dagens Industrins executive network, Di Close. It is professional development for managers. The product is established, but the market is insatiable. Sales are B2B over the phone. The unique aspect is that we sell to managers within companies, but the companies ultimately pay. This means we can sell heavily to companies we already have clients in, which for you means very warm/lukewarm leads.
- New customer sales, no account management. Sell, hand over the customer, repeat. You do not need to prospect; we have ready-made lists to call.
- Located in Stockholm, hybrid or remote. Results are what count, but you are expected to be on-site during the initial period to get started.
- You have access to me and my 7 years and 15,000 call experience in selling this product. I still sell personally at full speed, and it is fine to sit in on my sales meetings. I take my own sales time very seriously and only coach those who already have the ability to push themselves to be better. 10% is coaching from me, 90% is your own effort.
- Every day I am on-site, I lead at least 30 minutes of sales training for the team.
- There is no honor in doing work just for the sake of work. As you become more efficient, you will be offered a meeting scheduler and a virtual assistant to manage your calendar, to free up even more time for you to sell.
- Free breakfast is served in the office every morning. We occasionally work abroad.
