About Us

Tillväxtstöd Sverige AB are specialists in identifying financing opportunities through EU grants and subsidies. We help companies through the entire application process, from analysis and qualification to the final application and follow-up.

We work in a structured, digital, and customer-close manner, focusing on quality, transparency, and results. After an intensive build-up phase in Q1, we are now entering a strong expansion phase in Q2, with increased demand and more customer orders than ever before. We now need more sharp inside sales representatives who want to be part of our growth journey.

About the Role

As an inside sales representative with us, you are the first step in our customer relationships and a crucial part of our success.

You will:

  • Contact and book meetings with business owners.
  • Work with and build a large customer pipeline.
  • Present our services in a professional and trustworthy manner.
  • Drive the business from first contact to signed contract, working within our CRM system, SalesForce.
  • Work towards clear goals with the opportunity for high performance-based compensation.

You will work closely with our case handlers who take over when the deal is closed. This allows you to focus entirely on sales, as Tillväxtstöd has a clearly structured and established back-office that handles the application process for the customers captured by the inside sales representative.

We are looking for you who

  • Have good experience in sales (B2B is an advantage).
  • Are goal-oriented and thrive working towards clear results.
  • Are communicative, professional, and trustworthy.
  • Have very good Swedish in both speech and writing.
  • Are motivated by the ability to influence your own income.

Advantageous:

  • Experience with SalesForce.
  • Background in economics or law.
  • Experience in telemarketing or appointment setting.
