As a summer substitute at Gränna Home Care, you work to provide individually adapted and personal care and support to our customers. Your tasks include performing daily chores such as walks, cleaning, cooking, accompaniment, and personal hygiene. We work to strengthen and support the individual's own abilities based on needs and wishes. Your role as a summer substitute is important as you are a support for the individual in their daily life, providing both individually adapted care and support as well as social stimulation – always with the individual in focus.

You do not need previous experience in care and support work. What we value most is that you have a strong curiosity for the care profession and enjoy meeting and helping people.

Requirements for the position include fluent spoken and written Swedish, as you will need to communicate with citizens, relatives, and colleagues, as well as write and read notes in daily work. Cycling is required for the job, and having a B driving license is desirable.

Good to know

The recruitment is for a summer substitute position. Your working hours are full-time or as agreed, during days, evenings, weekdays, and weekends. Our summer period runs from week 25 to 34. We prefer that you can work continuously for at least 6 weeks or longer during the summer period. To work with us, you must show a clean extract from the police's criminal record register.
